Senior Goodbyesssss Steffi

I, Steffi Liem, hereby will the following praise and gratitude. To all the friends I’ve made from the first day of school back in freshman year up to now- I will truly miss you all. Even though many of us will be going our own ways after high school and probably rarely see each other again, I hope our paths do cross in the future.

To Lucy Ortiz, my best friend, where do I start with you? I’m so, so, so blessed to share many memories with you, and I treasure every one of them. Thank you for always being there for me through thick and thin, and giving me your shoulder to cry on time and time again. Even though we’ve had our share of fights, our friendship has still prevailed, and I’m so proud of that. I love you so much and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

To Ryan “Happy Puppy” Lafuente; I constantly find myself surprised at the fact that we’ve made it through the past few years. How you find the will to put up with is beyond super human strength. Through the good and the bad, you’ve stuck it out with me and I’m very thankful for that. I’m also very thankful for the many times you’ve listening to my bickering with only minimal complaints and have still given me advice. I don’t know what I would be doing without you. Thank you baby.

To Vienna Luu and Maxwell Hao Xiao; the year is finally over and we made it guys! Thank you Vienna for helping me through the hard times and giving me loads of support. Max, well, lets just say even though you can piss me off to the high heavens, I’m still pretty lucky to have you as a friend.

To the Lincoln Log editors, Jocelyn Lee, Vicky Lee, and Liz Forbes; I’ve had an amazing year working with each one of you. I’m so proud that we have been able to produce the paper throughout the year. Though it was hard trying to learn new software in the beginning, we worked at it and now we’ve mastered it. All those long hours we put into production after school really paid off. I have yet to understand why Vicky dislikes my ninja skills, but I suppose one day she’ll take the time to explain.

To the current Lincoln Log staff; it is very sad for me to leaving you all. I’ve enjoyed teaching all of you, and I’m glad to have learned from you all as well. Good luck next year and remember you can call if you need any help.

To the Lincoln faculty; thank you for all the support you have my family and I. Thank you especially to all the teachers I had this year for giving me the time I needed to get back on track with all my school work. I don’t think I could have it to this point without your understanding and patience. Thank you especially to Mr. Pang and Ms. Chan for helping me with all the technical stuff and for helping me transition to my new situation. I will always remember your kindness.

To my fellow Mustangs; enjoy the years you spend at Lincoln. You are the very few who can themselves Lincoln students. Be proud that you are part of a very caring, loving and supportive community and all you have to do is reach out to get the help that you may need.
